The stated income Buy and Hold Program is designed for experienced real estate investors who arepurchasing or refinancing investment properties to be held for business purposes. The loan qualification is determined based on a debt coverage ratio, or DCR, with borrowers qualifying based on cash flows from the subject property, no Tax Returns required.
